How do I buy a ticket on BAZI?

Accepted Answer

Open the event page, pick the ticket type and how many you want, then tap buy. If you're not signed in yet, we'll ask you to — your purchase picks up right where it left off. You're taken to Asaas's secure payment page. As soon as the payment clears, your ticket shows up in my tickets with the QR code you'll use at the door.

How many tickets can I buy at once?

Accepted Answer

For paid tickets: up to 10 tickets per purchase. For free tickets the limit is lower and counts per person, not per purchase: 4 tickets per person for each event, adding up every order you've already placed there. Canceling a free order releases the spots and frees up your limit again. Either way you'll never take more than what's left in stock for that type. If you need a bigger batch, talk to the event organizer.

Question 3

It says “sold out”. Do I still have a shot?

Sold out means that ticket type ran out of stock. It's worth checking back later: tickets held in unfinished purchases go back into stock automatically when the hold expires.

Question 4

It says the ticket “isn't available right now”

Accepted Answer

Every batch has a sales window set by the organizer. Outside that window — or if the batch was turned off — it can't be bought. Reload the event page to see which batches are open now.

Question 5

“This organizer isn't ready to sell yet”

Accepted Answer

The organizer hasn't finished their payout setup on BAZI. Until that's done, we can't process the purchase. The event stays on the platform and sales open as soon as they finish — nothing was charged to you.

Question 6

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Credit card and Pix, depending on what's available at the time of purchase. Processing is handled by Asaas — BAZI never stores your card details.

Question 7

I paid with Pix and my ticket didn't show up

Accepted Answer

Pix payments can take a few minutes to clear. The confirmation screen keeps checking on its own for up to 2 minutes and, after that, the ticket shows up in my tickets as soon as the payment lands. More than 1 hour and still nothing? Get in touch with your order code at hand.

Question 8

My payment was declined or didn't go through

Accepted Answer

When a payment is declined or canceled nothing is charged and the held tickets go back into stock. Check your card limit and details, or try paying with Pix.

Question 9

My discount coupon didn't work

Accepted Answer

A coupon can be turned down for being invalid, expired or used up. Coupons also only work on events from the organizer who created them. If the discount is bigger than the ticket price, the coupon isn't accepted on that batch — try it on another one. The discount always shows on the payment screen before you confirm.

Was I charged twice?

Accepted Answer

Each purchase creates a single order. Two lines on your statement are usually a pre-authorization that the bank releases on its own within a few days. If both turn into real charges, talk to support with the two order codes.

Where do I find my ticket?

In my tickets, here on the web or in the BAZI app — always with the same account you used to buy. Each ticket has its own QR code for entry.

Question 12

How do I use the QR code at the door?

Accepted Answer

Open my tickets, tap the ticket to enlarge the QR code and turn your screen brightness up. The door scans the code just once. Tip: open the page before you get to the event so you don't depend on the signal there.

My ticket shows as “used”. What happened?

Accepted Answer

The QR code was already scanned at the door — each ticket is good for a single entry. If it wasn't you, talk to support right away with the ticket code at hand.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

You can. In my tickets, tap transfer ticket and enter the email of the BAZI account that will receive it — that person needs an account already. The ticket leaves your account right away, a new QR Code is issued to them (yours stops working) and you both get a confirmation email. It works until the event starts, and only for a ticket that hasn't been used. Reselling above face value is forbidden and cancels the ticket with no refund — see the terms of use.

How does the half-price ticket work?

Half-price tickets require proof of eligibility at the door (Brazilian Law 12.933/2013 and state laws). Being turned away for lack of proof does not entitle you to a refund — details in the refund policy.

Question 16

Can I change my mind about a purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You have 7 calendar days to back out without giving a reason (article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code), as long as you ask at least 48 hours before the event. The refund is full, service fee included, and it goes out right away: in my tickets, tap the ticket and choose cancel order. Past the window, the same screen opens a support ticket. Details in the refund policy.

The event was canceled. What now?

The refund is full and automatic — you don't have to ask for anything. We let you know by email and by an app notification as soon as the organizer announces the cancellation.

The event changed date or venue

Accepted Answer

It's your call: keep the ticket, which automatically works for the new date or venue, or ask for a full refund within 7 calendar days of the change being announced.

Question 19

How long until the money comes back?

Accepted Answer

Credit card: we ask the issuer for the refund within 5 business days. It shows on the current statement or the next one, depending on your bank's cycle. Pix: returned to the same key used to pay, within 10 business days of approval.

Question 20

How do I ask for a refund?

Accepted Answer

Write to suporte@baziapp.co from the same email you used to buy, with the order code (it's in my tickets) and the event name. We reply within 2 business days.

Question 21

How do I sign in? I don't remember my password

Accepted Answer

BAZI doesn't use passwords. Here on the web you sign in with your Google account or get a 6-digit code by email. The app also offers signing in with Apple. It's the same account on both — always use the same one to find your tickets.

Question 22

The access code never reached my email

Accepted Answer

Check your spam folder and whether the email is typed correctly. If you ask for several codes in a row, sending is blocked for a few minutes for security — wait a bit and ask for a new one.

Question 23

“Your session expired” in the middle of checkout

Accepted Answer

Your sign-in timed out. Just sign in again: the purchase is picked back up automatically where it left off, with the quantity and the coupon you'd already chosen.

Question 24

I bought tickets but I can't see them

Accepted Answer

It's almost always signing in with a different account from the one used to buy. Check which email got the confirmation and sign in with it. If you paid with Pix, the payment may still be clearing — get in touch if it's been more than 1 hour.

Question 25

How do I delete my account and my data?

Accepted Answer

Ask for deletion by email at suporte@baziapp.co. We reply within 15 days. Data tied to a purchase is kept for 1 year from that purchase — that's the window in which the charge can still be disputed. Details in the privacy policy.
