1. Who we are and what we do
BAZI is operated by BAZI TECNOLOGIA LTDA (CNPJ 68.967.065/0001-44, the Brazilian company tax ID).
BAZI is a platform for discovering events and intermediating ticket sales. We act as an intermediary between you and the event organizer: BAZI processes the payment and issues the ticket, but the party that holds, produces and answers for the event is the organizer identified on each event's page.
By creating an account, buying a ticket or simply browsing the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the services.
2. Registration and account
- To buy tickets you must be 18 or older, or be assisted by a legal guardian.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to the email and the account used to sign in secure.
- You sign in with a Google or Apple account, or with a code sent by email. We don't use fixed passwords.
- Accounts showing signs of fraud, unauthorized resale or abusive use may be suspended, with cancellation of the tickets linked to them.
3. Buying tickets
The prices shown include the amount set by the organizer and, where applicable, BAZI's service fee, always highlighted before you confirm payment. The total is shown on the payment screen before you complete the purchase.
- A purchase is only considered complete after the processor confirms the payment. Pix payments can take a few minutes.
- Each ticket generates a unique QR code, available in “My tickets”. The QR code is personal and valid for a single entry.
- Availability is limited to the stock informed by the organizer. Tickets are held only for the duration of checkout.
- We may limit how many tickets each buyer can get, to curb resale.
4. Payments
Ticket purchases are processed by Asaas. Subscriptions (Clube BAZI and the organizer plan) are processed by Stripe, and subscriptions purchased inside the app go through your device's store (App Store or Google Play). Payouts to organizers also go out through Asaas. BAZI does not store your full card details — they travel encrypted straight to the processor.
We accept credit card and Pix, subject to availability at the time of purchase.
5. BAZI balance (wallet)
Your wallet can build up balance from referral bonuses, cashback and refunds. This balance is a promotional benefit granted by BAZI, not money you deposited.
- The balance is applied against ticket purchases on BAZI itself. It cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred and cannot be converted into cash.
- When the balance doesn't cover the whole purchase, the rest is paid by card or Pix. Whatever is left over stays in the wallet.
- Promotional bonuses may have an expiration date, always stated when granted and visible in your statement. Expired balance is written off automatically.
- We may cancel balance obtained through fraud, abuse of the referral program or violation of these Terms. The reversal is recorded in the statement, with the reason.
- If you close your account, any remaining balance is extinguished — since it isn't your money, there's nothing to return.
6. Cancellation, refunds and changes to the event
The rules on the right to withdraw, cancellation by the organizer, postponement and refunds are detailed in the Refund and cancellation policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
7. The organizer's responsibility
The organizer is solely responsible for holding the event, for the information published (date, venue, line-up, age rating, accessibility), for complying with licenses and permits and for assisting attendees on site.
BAZI is not liable for delays, line-up changes, weather conditions, restrictions imposed by the venue or damages occurring during the event, except for the obligations that Brazilian law assigns to the intermediary.
8. Using the platform
The following is prohibited:
- reselling tickets above face value or outside the official channels;
- duplicating, tampering with or sharing QR codes in order to bypass entry control;
- using bots, scripts or any automation to acquire tickets in bulk;
- posting illegal or discriminatory content, or content that violates third-party rights, in the social areas of the platform;
- attempting to access restricted areas or other users' data, or to compromise the security of the systems.
8.1. What the organizer sees about you
When you buy a ticket, the organizer of that event starts to see your name, your @ and your account email, plus the ticket type and the check-in, and can export that list to check people in at the door. They don't receive your CPF (the Brazilian taxpayer number), phone, date of birth or your ticket code. From then on they answer for the use of that data as an independent controller — including for communications about their future events. Details in the Privacy policy.
9. Intellectual property
The BAZI brand, the app, the website, the source code and the visual elements are owned by BAZI. Event images, texts and logos belong to the respective organizers and are displayed with their authorization.
9.1. Third-party data the platform uses
The base of Brazilian municipalities comes from IBGE, the Brazilian institute of geography and statistics. The geographic coordinates of cities outside Brazil come from OpenStreetMap, whose contributors make them available under the Open Database License (ODbL). © OpenStreetMap contributors.
10. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy, drawn up in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law, the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018).
11. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep the platform always available, but it may go through maintenance, updates or temporary outages. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, giving reasonable advance notice when the change affects rights already acquired.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or product changes. The last updated date is always at the top of this page. Relevant changes will be communicated by email or inside the app. Continuing to use the platform after they take effect means you agree to the new version.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the Marco Civil da Internet — Brazil's internet civil framework (Law No. 12,965/2014) — and the LGPD. The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to settle disputes.
