You choose whether that fee is passed on to the buyer or absorbed by you. No monthly fee, no setup fee: we only charge when you sell.
how it works
service fee
It's the platform fee: 10% of every paid ticket, with a R$3.99 minimum per ticket. In practice, the minimum only kicks in when the ticket costs up to R$39.90 — above that, the percentage applies.
Pass it on to the buyer
The fee shows up as a separate line at checkout and you get the full ticket price, minus processing. It's the market standard.
Absorb the fee
The buyer pays exactly the advertised price and the fee comes out of your payout. Round price in your promo, better conversion.
The choice is per event and you can switch it anytime in the organizer portal — it applies to the sales that follow.

It's the cost of the payment method (card, Pix), charged by the processor and passed through with no markup. This fee can't be passed on to the buyer and doesn't apply to free tickets.
