How to delete your BAZI account

You request deletion inside the app, in two taps. This page explains what happens next, what goes away, what stays and for how long.

1. How to request it

  1. In the BAZI app, open your profile and tap “Settings”.
  2. Go into “Help center” and scroll to the bottom, where “Delete account” is.
  3. Read the warning and confirm by typing DELETE. The request is queued immediately and you are signed out.

2. You can change your mind (30 calendar days)

Deletion is scheduled for 30 calendar days. During that period nothing is erased: just sign in again with the same email and tap “I want my account back”. Everything returns as it was — events you were going to, conversations, who you follow.

Once the window closes, deletion is carried out and there is no way to recover it.

3. The subscription does not come back

If you subscribed to Clube BAZI or BAZI+, the subscription is cancelled as soon as you request deletion — so billing stops the same day. That cancellation is final: if you change your mind, your account comes back, the subscription does not. You can simply subscribe again whenever you like.

4. What is erased

When deletion is carried out, everything that identifies you goes away:

  • Your profile: name, @handle, photo, bio, city, date of birth and phone number.
  • Your email address and your sign-in credential.
  • Events you confirmed, favourites, interests and who you follow.
  • Messages, conversations, posts on event walls, stories and photos you published.
  • Wallet credits, redeemed coupons and notifications.

Photos and videos you uploaded are removed from storage too, not just from the database.

5. What stays, and why

If you ever bought a ticket, the purchase record keeps existing — without your name and outside the app. It is kept for 1 year because it is what lets us answer a payment dispute, and it disappears on its own after that.

None of it allows anyone to identify you inside BAZI after deletion. How we handle your data in full is in the Privacy policy.

6. Without the app, or if in doubt

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, write to suporte@baziapp.co from the account's email address. We ask for a confirmation and carry out the deletion for you.
